• Find Rikter in Lochmuir Village.
• Talk to Killashandra.
Quest Log
• Killashandra has entrusted you with locating Rikter, her missing companion, somewhere in the boathouse using the key she provided.
• Rikter is dead. Inform Killashandra of his fate in the secret loft.
•Killashandra gave you a grappling hook as a reward for informing her of Rikter’s fate. The grappling hook should allow you to access the area with the Ferryman.
