• Major Boss

• Drops a key that is used to reach Gloomroot and also the Alchemist found in Gloomroot.

• Attacks with a spin attack. Roll through to dodge.

• Becomes a puddle of blood which follows you around. The player needs to bait an attack out by standing still for a second or two, then dodge away. The boss will dive upwards and can be damaged again.

• Attacks can be chained in either direction. If it attacks the front, it can combo attack behind it. Stamina management is very important in this fight.

• Boss has a jump/dive attack that does medium/high damage depending on defense. Stay away or roll away when boss leaps to avoid this.

• At 50% the boss will create a blood simulacrum that mimics the attacks of the boss 1 second after the boss performs an attack. This can be a tough part of the fight for a lot of players — just be prepared, pay attention, and take it slow if you have to. It does not mimic the blood puddle ability and vanishes for some time when the boss uses it.

• Also at 50%, the jump/dive attack will fire off shockwaves on each side when the boss pulls his daggers from the floor. The same applies for his mimic.
