- Found in the Dilapidated Mausoleum and Forgotten Catacombs early on. Later found in Drakkenden Citadel.
- Ambushes players as they walk beneath it.
- Players can stop the "ambush" by attacking at range or by dodging as the spider is coming down.
- Attacks with a poison spit that can be easily dodged or blocked.
- Attacks with a melee swipe that can be easily dodged or blocked.
