Where to Find

From the Old Elevator Witch Stone in the Dilapidated Mausoleum, head up the elevator and go west. Look for a building with a doorway just past the tentacles in the swamp area. Open the door, complete the "thorn floor" event and receive the Diagram for Hechima's Claws, Wyldheart and the spell Ball Lightning.
